He has worked as an Assistant Professor in Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences, Kochi. He is well-trained both nationally and internationally in basic and advanced ENT surgeries. He has been invited as a faculty into the State, South Zone, and National ENT Conferences and Workshops. He has presented a lot of scientific papers at national and international conferences. He has extensive surgical experience in Cochlear implantation, Stapedectomy, Middle Ear Surgeries, especially for CSOM and all other surgeries for hearing loss and discharging ears. He is also one of the few otologists in India who performs surgeries for vertigo including Minimally invasive Retrosigmoid Endoscopic surgery
